REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
All Sales are Final.
Due to the nature of most of our products (small batch, artisan made unique and made to order products) all sales are final and not refundable.
We do stand behind the products we sell and if there is a manufacturing flaw we would like to know immediately.
If there is an issue with your product, please contact us immediately.
If an item arrives defective or damaged please inform us within 2 weeks (14 days) from the time you have received them. Please provide us with a photo of the item and packaging.
Please note that during the winter months water based products may freeze when exposed to the element in transit. The products will be shipped out of a weather controlled facility, however we cannot guarantee that they will not arrive frozen if exposed to low temperatures in transit. If such damage does occur we are unable to replace or issue a refund for the products.
When purchasing a repurposed item (furniture, decor) it is sold in as is condition.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Dove+Arrow.
Workshops are final sale and not refundable.
Please note most items are hand made and this means each is unique. We do our best to photograph all items as well as possible, however differences may occur.
We will do our best to address all issues that arise to the best of our ability.
